We can change and customize the mouse pointer icon from “Mouse Properties” on top of things Panel. You may follow bellows steps and check if that helps.
a) Step-01: Press “Windows Logo” + “X” keys on the keyboard and choose “Control Panel” from the list.
b) Step-02: Change the “View by” option from “Category” view to “Large icon” view.
c) Step-03: Click on “Mouse” to open “Mouse Properties” window.
d) Step-04: In the “Mouse Properties” window, click on “Pointer” tab.
e) Step-05: Change the current scheme to “Windows Default (system Scheme)” by selecting it from the scheme drop down menu.
f) Step-06: Now check if you have the “Blue Circle” to indicate “Busy” status under “Customize”.
g) Step-07: Click on “Apply” and then “Ok”.
You may now check the mouse pointer icon.
